Processing application maintenance service requests
In a personal meeting, our team would analyze your current solution and identify together with you all critical items which you would like to see covered by our services. Later on all service requests are handled through a purposely designed e-mail based ticketing system. Qualified answers to support requests are guaranteed within 24 hours from submission.
